The lore-increasing Turn Undead effect appears to have been dramatically reduced in effectiveness.
I would like to suggest that it be further changed to grant (+1 Lore / caster level) to the cleric only, to bring them on par with bards.

Seems over-adjusted, yes. 1/level seems appropriate as the correlating variant of my Magic Domain Turn boosts spellcraft 1/level.
