The Deakin (sp?) Magic Weapon buff fails. It does take groats though.

The Fountain returns a message that you're missing an item to use it.

Tried it myself.

Magic weapon buff granted by Deacon doesn't work.
The ''Wisdom'' buff is also bugged as it grants charisma... I tried it once, and I got +7 charisma, which is high.
