Fairly self explanatory. Give the druid forms that make sense the ability to burrow through digable areas instead of using a shovel. And stop them from using metal shovels.

I presume the prevelence of wanting this is down to the whole requirement to unstealth and shift back to a humanoid form to pull it off?
A shovel is a simple farming tool, why would a druid not be able to use one? I don't get the point of the suggestion.
Shovels are generally metal, I suppose the point would be to force druids to use natural methods/shapes to dig which is both an advantage and a disadvantage when it comes to secrecy. It strikes me as more thematic, but obviously that marginal benefit needs to be weighed against implementation time.
They use metal weapons; just specific metal weapons.
