Lesser Mind Blank vs FEAR

Lesser Mind Blank does not seem to 'fix' someone that has been feared, apparently. Not sure if bug or intended, but I assume it's a bug, considering that it's a L5 spell.

lesser mindblank only removes effects that clarity removes. Neither of them removes fear already in effect.
