Shelgarn's Persistent Blade is not Extendable

Shelgarn's Persistent Blade does not show up under the available level 2 spells with Extend Spell feat.

Not really a bug. It's not extendable because Bioware never made it so. Feel free to suggest it though and maybe we'll add the functionality at some point!
