Tiny Perrubo - Caermyn 'Troublemakers'

Aberdenn has arbitrary put my character's name in the wall of Infamy (without proof or anything). He is a Mercenary Lieutenant for Caermyn, even being on that wall (and every Caermyn knowing it was an arbitrary decision from an Aberdenn Bannersman), Tiny Perrubo (a Caermyn associate) would never refuse to sell or deal with him. Is it possible to fix that? Should I take it with Perrubo ICly?

Working as intended but not as would be desirable. It's what happens when you put an Aberdenn in office.
