Well, Raoul didn't achieve much, despite having some big plans. He didn't fail spectacularly either. I just enjoyed playing him a lot. Despite the rust on my roleplay skillz after a year of no playing, there were a lot of  interesting conversations and plotting and generally characters to interact wth in the Docks. Special thanks go to Solace's player, Blue41, Capricious, Iron_oligarch, E_Buddhist, Equinox, pretty much everyone who hangs by the Docks. And some awesome enemies too, which I won't name.
