Make subdual work on npcs

Not sure if it's possible, but a lot of the time when NPCs are involved it just gets defaulted to "murder" or otherwise if they go down. It would be nice if whatever mode you were on applied to them too I think.

For what it's worth in almost every scenario I've been involved in like this, even if they "die" they normally don't die, I don't think anyones been charged with murder for it or anything
