Set the traditions

Lately there have been a lot of new baby factions. The Sons of Sabuth, and the Conclave. Both are amazing concepts but, both are just budding. Now is the time for players who want to set traditions to start so. Get into these two factions or any other Dm faction and start building some traditions for players to follow.

People have started lots of traditions or examples for players to act in factions. For Example:

The Stygian Armada wasn't always an amazing conquering faction. They started out with one player who got kicked from the ziggurat... a LOT. What he did was try to recruit players into the faction but at the time it was very hard to enter so there was only 2 players in the faction for a few months. Through these two months, he also set amazing examples of what the players in the faction should act and behave.
Many a time later it grew bigger and new players set examples like Einar Helder. He went and set a much more lawful example about the Armada. And later Praxes made the example of a hero-like warrior of the Armada and set more traditions (like starting the Stargazer war). Now as people can see it now is the true guard faction.

Many of the players in beginning DM factions make the most changes in the faction as well as the server. I beg of players to join some Dm factions and set some new traditions for other players.

ALSO!

DO not forget a faction is meant to further role play your character, not just some cool thing that makes you tougher or cooler. Let your goals be pushed through the faction's agenda.
