Cleric relic check order

Hello,

If you are a cleric and use a relic that is in an equipment slot, you will log into "naked" in that slot after server resets. You are still attuned, but it checks for that after taking off the piece of equipment.

The suggestion is to change the order in which this is checking so that it sees you are attuned before trying to take off the equipment. Right now it seems to remove it and then check if you are attuned.
