Let players move Furniture with the Construction Skill

With the new Policy change that DMs won't be changing ownership on furniture anymore, this seems a perfect opportunity to give some Mechanical use to the Construction skill.

Make an option for Players to roll construction to pick up a piece of furniture that wasn't placed by them. Failing the roll either does nothing or destroys the furniture.

This way, Players can hire other players who invested in construction if they want to redecorate their new place with existing furniture, or purchase a lapsed property to harvest all within, and generally give a fun and flavourful use to a very niche RP skill.
