They are on transitions not because of AI (mostly) but because people who are low level or frankly not in a large group can't beat them and flee.  The monsters stays sometimes right on the transition and doesn't follow.

The Underdark is scary BUT having killer spawns one area from the hub is fairly crazy too.  This is a game after all.  If I was new to EFU, walked one area away and some crazy thing smashed me into the ground in three seconds... I'd not be having a great time.  I think the monster is fine though, just maybe not so close.

I think he means just add it to the rule so people know it isn't OK.  I agree since subdual is a nice way of not just full death killing people instead, which is the alternative really.

I always wished there was more forms because it's so limited.  Maybe alternate combat forms as well as roleplay forms could be added instead that could harm things with damage reduction but also has a downside like low hit points, armor class, or some other like damage vulnerability.

Rogue Perk: Major ( L8 )

Undead Hunter

You've spent your days roaming crypts and other dark places either in the service of your god or seeking profits from those long dead.  You've learned that the undead also have weak points that others cannot see.  How you use this knowledge is up to you but you're the envy of your peers.

+1d6 divine damage vs Undead, +1 positive damage vs Undead

I took one at level 5 before this system was changed, but it did allow me to take a level 6 perk without any issues after the change for a total of two minor perks.

Athletic perk is utterly amazing especially combined with Rooftop Runner, 20% speed?  Any rogue by L8 failing climbing checks should just die for such failures.

Suggestions / Scrapper Association
September 28, 2014, 01:47:51 AM
After joining this, granted briefly, I have some minor suggestions.  Most of the NPCs frankly seem broken.  It would be nice to see them fixed or have some sort of function or flavorful dialog.

As Scrappers I feel a huge element is missing here.  Perhaps, without going into huge spoilers, using the already half-implemented system that was for the Rusty Assemblage, but add it to the Scrapper Association.  I think that would not only fit the group but give them something to do and put them in the Machine more.  As it's mostly already in I'm sure Talir could easy set up an NPC for this.  Granted if this was desirable by the DM team.

Limiting the shelf space to the number suggested on the forums to make them function more as they are intended.  This might help make the faction hierarchy actually function as intended.  As it is now it's just a crap ton of extra storage which I really doubt was the idea behind these.

Updated or more defined goals would be helpful even if they're more a guideline, since this is an association, letting players have the ability to change and drive the group forward.

Just some ideas that might spice up and encourage more to take part in the association.

Suggestions / Engineer Perk
September 07, 2014, 10:57:48 PM
Just a small suggestion but you see ALOT of tiny work hammers for engineers but it sort of stinks you can't use them as a rogue unless you take a feat.  It might be cool if the engineer perk (pure) let you have martial weapon prof. if you use it to wield a light hammer.  Just an idea!
