Rogue Perks

With the new minor rogue perks introduced at level 4 & 6 I can confirm that after last nights reset I could not take a perk after achieving level 4 (Re-logged/rested and changed area). Opened up the menu and selected perks and the only option was to reset class perks/backgrounds.

I took one at level 5 before this system was changed, but it did allow me to take a level 6 perk without any issues after the change for a total of two minor perks.

The selection menu checked for five rogue levels before you could pick any perks, should be fixed soon.
