I would like to see paladin levels added to consecration checks, similar to ranger levels being added to herbalism checks.

Or perhaps paladin levels/2 to represent the lesser connection they have to their god than a cleric.
"So what else is on your mind besides 100 proof women, 90 proof whisky, and 14 karat gold?"
"Amigo, you just wrote my epitaph."

"Maybe there's just one revolution.  The good guys against the bad guys.  The question is, who are the good guys?"

Seconded. I'm not quite sure what "Consecration" specifically entails from a FR Lore perspective, but it would make a lot of sense that the holy warriors of a religion should be somewhat skilled in this as well. Firstly due to the aforementioned parallels between the Ranger and the Paladin. The second being that Consectration likely has to do with much church lore, and Paladins are likely well versed in that due to a decent extent, considering they follow such a strict code of conduct.

Paladins should have familiararity with consecration, after all, they are Holy Warriors. Sure, they aren't priests, but Holy Warriors (Paladins) should be familiar enough with their deity that they get a boost in Consecrating holey items in his/her name.
