Would it be possible for legates to get a bell, so we can shoot someone a tell saying we're there but tied up in a meeting as an OOC courtesy? It's pretty common that people knock while we're talking to other PCs, then are just gone when we open the door or there's a pause in the conversation for us to get up and ask the knocking party to wait.
Maybe a switch or lever to mark that the Legate is present & taking meetings, but currently occupied so PCs aren't just walking up and knocking then waiting forever if the legate is elsewhere?
