Acording to the wiki
-All Special Abilities have 3 uses/day. This is due to bioware limitations make Special Abilities to be infinite uses/day, so any uses after the 3rd will have no effect.

The ogre can throw boulders an infinite times a day it seem.

I like prayer, it gives you a buff and your foe a debuff..
Sure it is not good on a long quest, but its great for when its duration last.

How about this
- Acid arrow summons lvl 1 ooze?
That would acturly make the spell usefull.

Fireball is often horrible in pvp.. I once cast an empowered fireball at a pc, and did zero damage. But i have also heard about cases where people totaly devestate other pcs. I think it would be a bit hard to balance.

IMO lower DC on choking powder, its a simple free item.
The gas is pretty lethal for alot of none high fortitude.

Crazy as it sounds.. could it be that they are not marked as evil? That way pfe wont work aginst them.
