Shop at the Mound

I think adding a little shop to the Mound would be a good thing, Currently the only thing you can buy there is Mouldercrests. It would be nice for the outcasts living there if you atleast could buy some Oil, Bedrolls, Simple potions, and ofcourse a blood syringe for collecting blood for Magnatz.
