Been looking through all the shops in ticker and cannot find any mentions of journals. Everyone seems to be sure basically every vendor had it, but I cannot find it.
Someone mentioned that one of the required items, "writing tablet", was removed with some new writing system. Maybe something was forgotten for just making journals and such?
Yeah, currently the old /write /title system was replaced with the new paper system.
The new paper system is a lot cheaper and lighter on your inventory as well. Plus, each sheet of paper has about the same amount of room an old journal used to. =]
As well, you just talk to write into the new papers system, and can copy details off of placeables with said sheets, or write up things and put them on billboards.
