Bundles sold by Magus Naoli Thrazulebh do not work

Bundles purchased from Magus Naoli Thrazulebh (in the area named "Ring 99 - The Peerage Ward - Interiors") do not work. For example, I bought a "Bundle of Fish Scales". When I used the item's special power, I got this error message:

T_BUNDLE:BUG CODE 001:Unbundle failed. Missing or inappropriate bundle size.

I believe this applies to all of the bundles she sells. I get the same error message for the "Bundle of Empty Bottles" she sells.

If you select dialog option 4 (buy empty bottles), that bundle works fine. I just used it earlier today.
