Title: Level wrong on wizards only quest

The quest description on a certain wizards only quest says it's for levels 1-7, but when I finally went to go take it, my level 7 wizard was unacceptable - it's really limited to 1-6 :(

I think this is just your character. At level 7 I was able to take this quest just fine.

Well now I am offended - I actually got the little message that said it was limited to lower levels! I will certainly try it again though.

ECL does not effect level caps in EFU

Nope, no ECL - I'm too lazy to do an app. Straight human mage.
