I tried to create a wild dwarf character, and did not apply for it as it is listed as "no" under "requires application?" on your Races information page.
However when I logged in I ended up in the DM restricted subrace area
So, one or the other probably needs to be changed. Thank you..
Wild dwarves are now app only.
