What do you find scary about the time on EFU:A?

Going into a DM quest where there's no turning back, you're low on supplies, you're up against something that was designed specifically to kill you and is a subrace PCs can't even apply for, and everything your character has worked for in the past two months is on the line.
Also, rolling dice to see if you just so happen to die horribly and permenantly because you're just dumb enough to utilize the magic offered by a stark raving lunatic.

Having those O SHI- moments with DM events, roll death saves, and when you meet Mukumbo and Dakarai into the sewers, making love to all the failed gank squads.
Having to play Secutors roll 1d20 dice game of Perma death.
