Title: The Scariest part of EFU:A?
Post by: Thomas_Not_very_wise on July 19, 2009, 10:52:14 PM
What do you find scary about the time on EFU:A?

Quote But that thought of getting up just for the sake of EfU:A's kinda... Scary. <_<

The fact I spend hours upon hours not doing my chores or getting paid is something I find scary.

When Chief Pogglit talks to punch of dwarves and humans at main gates, and suddenly says

"You can have Gorvak, if you get him now. Run Gorvak."

Sometimes I dream of a day when the Doc stops taking it to the Max.  Can the rise of the Antichrist be far behind?

Getting shit-talked in whisper on Orcs II by a Shargaas Disciple a DM was posessing. On a wizard. Then trying to HP/combust it and finding out it had... whoop de doo... Spell Resistance.

Mobs that wander. Especially scary for a stealther... you never quite know if they have seen you and are coming for you, or if they just happen to be wandering towards you.

Going into a DM quest where there's no turning back, you're low on supplies, you're up against something that was designed specifically to kill you and is a subrace PCs can't even apply for, and everything your character has worked for in the past two months is on the line.

Also, rolling dice to see if you just so happen to die horribly and permenantly because you're just dumb enough to utilize the magic offered by a stark raving lunatic.

Having those O SHI- moments with DM events, roll death saves, and when you meet Mukumbo and Dakarai into the sewers, making love to all the failed gank squads.
