Title: Hobgoblin Rafter attacking other NPC

In the area " Island - Shipwreck Beach " the Hobgoblin Rafter is attacking the NPC Abhuld the Castaway.

He does not seem to be doing any damage to him, but he is considered busy and cannot be spoken with.

Has happened every time i have landed at the beach. Seems to be consistently broken.

Somebody seems to have fixed this.
