It's caped at lvl6, but that's the kind of quest that doesn't need a cap, since it gets harder as people do it.

I don't think it has cap? I always recall it simply reading "Solo", nothing about cap.

I disagree. There is no interaction provided by this quest and I don't think someone should be sitting around in there for 2-3 hours trying to finish 10 discs or something.

I think they should be able to if they want to. It's not a crime, but if it were, it would be it's own punishment.
