The bat quest at the ziggurat has a placeable that claims the lvl range to be 2-3, however if you try to take it as a lvl 3 it states that lvl 2 is maximum lvl.
Also in the bat quest, it's giving a blank error journal entry upon getting/completation.
Seems to have been fixed.
