I have two questions, sorry if this isn't appropriate to ask here but I couldn't find answers in the forums and I hate to ask OOC stuff like this to people in the game.

There is a merchant who will allow you to customize leather armor, perhaps clothing too. Dyes can also be purchased to further customize cloth, leather and metal armor you find.
There is no support of other languages. I am sure there are posts in the old forums about languages but I think it came down to: hard to control, hard to determine who can speak elvish or orcish, and generally inconvenient.
There are cases of elves using a few phrases here and there, but otherwise in order to keep people talking to each other, using English as common is the way to go.
Once there was a pair of elven lasses who came to town without knowing any common and had to be taught, but I think that is an unusual case.
Besides if my characters started speaking in Japanese only otaku would answer, ....
Throwing in the occaisional phrase or word for flavour is fine.
Using tags such as for Elven, etcetera, is not.

The server does support scripts which enable NPC's to customize a set of clothing/armor of any variety. Weither or not those NPC's yet exist, either due to IC reasons, or the DM's just not getting around to putting them in yet, is entirely up to you to find out(in game mind you)! XD
