This item says it gives a sorcerer an extra level 1 spell slot. I checked it, and it doesn't seem to do this.

No, the character I am playing that has the cape is a Sorcerer.
It doesn't give you one new spell if that is what you expect, merely another cast of your existing spells if worn when resting.
But then again, you might know that and there really is an issue.

No, really, Canzah is right, +sorc spell slots gives you an extra cast.

well, it seems to be working fine now. Must have been a temporary glitch.
