Title: Gnolls grouped under Goblinoid

for purposes of favored enemy and tracking, gnolls seem to count as goblinoids.

Gnolls are goblinoids.  Big, hairy, doglike goblinoids.

i thought bugbears were the goblinoids, gnolls were just like MONSTEROUS HUMANOIDS!

They should be Monsterous Humanoids or just Humanoids.

In 2nd edition they used to be giants.

As long as we're internally consistent I don't think anyone should care, though. There's no problem leaving them as goblinoids.
