Title: Private Rooms, Wastrel

Seems I cannot rest in the private room I've rented. Room 103. Not certain if its the same for all of the inn rooms or not. Please fix this asap!

There are recurring bugs with the private room system, concerning being able to rest there as well as being able to pay rent. These've been reported just as often.
