I have a Wild Orc Barbarian at level 4. I got 14 cha which is +2. At level 4 my rage should be capped at +8/+8, but it is not. I only get +5/+5 from my rage.

I don't ~think~ that's how it works....

From the mechanics page:

Charisma modifier is applied to Str/Con while raging, capped at +1 at level 4 and an additional +1 per 2 levels thereafter (at level 5, a 14 Cha barbarian would get +1 Str and +1 Con in addition to the base +4 Str/+4 Con, for a total of +5 Str/+5 Con).A negative Charisma modifier will have an opposite effect.

I believe it was changed to what ExileStrife mentioned and never updated on the website. There is a forum post around somewhere that details it. A level 10 barbarian is capped at +8/8 I believe.

Yes, Kershof has it backwards. The Website is (nominally) up to date on everything that was changed pre-EfU:A. The thread which says the cap would be +8/+8 is the one which is outdated.
