I had an old underdark Kobold PC, and when I logged in as him, I ended up in the Subrace Holding Pen. Sadly, there were no DMs at the time. (I think.) Just, if I could play as him again, it'd be nice.
All old PC kobolds are held I believe, pre-app needed change btw. My kobold made before the application requirement is also in there. =.
