I walked from Starwood into the area 'Island - Lake of Steam' in wildshape today; I was heading for the Southern Bogs ( i believe). The transition link apears to be broken from Island - Lake of Steam to Southern Bogs (?).
I tested the transition from Lake of Steam to Webbed Woods, which worked no problems.
Lake of Steam does not connect to the Southern Bogs.
Apologies - i took the transition again recently entering back and forth through it to find Starwood a number of times. It works fine; likely a lagfest at my end at the time.
