Title: Languages in the Playerbase
Post by: Oskar Maxon on October 05, 2008, 10:54:19 PM
So, what is more common amongst the players of Efu:A, to have English as their first or their second language?

Poll for the sole purpose of curiousity.

English is my second language. My first is Swedish, as in from Sweden.

What if you learned another language first but learned English second and are more fluent in English now?

What if you started learning English then went on to learn another language but you gave up on that one and decided to learn Cherokee but the Cherokee people would not teach you the secrets of their native tongue so you had to go back to English? Because that's what happened to me.

Then you'd get an additional number to your post count, but go to jail, directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect 200 gold.

Most of us with English as our primary language are worse than those that learn it anyway.   >_>

Raised in the US, English is my first (not that there isn't a large spanish and german speaking population in this country).

And I would be the only person who cannot -speak- a second language in my family.  I also know American Sign Language.

English is god's language. Speaking another language automatically makes you a terrorist!

Ohh yeah, right.  In that case English is not my first language, American is (and THAT is god's language, not English).

And for my next rude American impression...
But I still love those who cannot speak and/or read English, nobody's perfect.

Hebrew?

No?

Anyway! I speak English, and come from England, hence me speaking English.
