Title: Rather serious bug on the granary-goblin-thingy quest

The *spoiler* device placeables do not respawn over quest resets. As a result, when prompted about them on ending the quest, they will be registered as all eight still being there, not disabled, while the placeables aren't even there in the first place!

They weren't there after a server reset either. I think they might have been removed. Even when they were there and you did what you were supposed to...you didn't get a reward for it.
