This quest as titled should not be repeatable, though after a reset i was able to take it again. Needs setting to Once only.

Are you certain? You were able to fully take the quest, or it just looked like you were? And you completed the quest successfuly once before?

Its -completeable- once. you can retake untill you beat it IIRC.

I successfully completed it twice, and recieved the reward twice.
