Perhaps Snoteye or someone with some aptitude can investigate if it isn't possible to somehow automatically add the "Approve" and "Reject" options to an application if they are missing.
I have honestly forgotten to add these twice on CoA and perhaps four times on EfU, and there's no easy way to edit one's thread once it has already been moved to remedy the oversight.
