Title: Potions, Wands, Oil Sold in Higgins' General Store.

As the title says. Unless there is an IC reason for them not to be, I think that these items should be offered for Docksman casters. Thank you in advance.

I should add hastily, I mean "magical potion bottles" and "bone wands". Not actual magic.

There's oil, I know, I bought some about a week ago, but no potion bottles or wands.
