I've been having trouble getting on IRC for weeks. 'Unable to connect' messages are the cause of my difficulties. With this information, is there any way one of you can help me out?

Try a different client, like a webclient or something. for example; darkmysts webchat.

See if anything is blocking port 6667 (Or whatever IRC uses, it is 6667 afaik!)

I've had similar problems not too long ago, and connecting to "abyss.de.eu.darkmyst.org" instead of the usual "irc.darkmyst.org" fixed it up for me.

It's a browser based irc client
