I just created this character. When I tried to select a summon theme using the placeable, I only get a dialogue with a 'Cancel' option and no choice possible. Another player (Requiem) tried to do the same resulting in the same dialogue.
Only allowed to pick themes with certain spell schools.
Thank you for your concern! This is not actually a bug. If you are looking to gain access to the greatest possible range of summoning themes, you may want to try the conjuration spell school.

Actually there are some themes that anyone should be able to take so this is some kind of bug.
