Title: Drow skin

Drow Subrace is no longer receiving it's +2 INT / CHA bonuses. All other effects are functioning properly.

Tested a new Drow. In the OOC area it now only has a Will saving throw increase and everything else is missing, including the stats that were missing on the prior issue (+2 int / cha) Some of that may be due to the fact it wasn't wanded, but I recall the stats being applied in the ooc area before.

Current Drow has no stat bonuses still but all other bonuses.

SR on current playable Drow stopped scaling upwards every other level.

no its a bug, it's supposed to scale up every other level, but his is not increasing as his lvl increases

It did not increase at either level 4 or5 is what I meant, just to clarify that.

Stats had to be adjusted manually as of august 4th, and SR is not scaling up with level, remaining at it's default value.

This should be fixed for real real, not for play play.
