I recently made a new dwarf character and tried to start the two quests inside the ziggart:
The one where you have to deliver a package to the kingsman inn and the other being where you have to deliver a package to the stygans.
I am level 3 yet it says max character level not respected and will not let me do the quest.
The one where you deliver the package to the kingsman's is a one time only quest, for some reason. The other, I'm not sure why your level 3 couldn't do it, as my level 3 did it just yesterday.
The delivery to V. Kingsman is one time only? Was this changed? I distinctly recall doing it multiple times with the same PCs.
Thats the point though, i have't done that quest at all with my PC he was brand new and it wouldn't let me do it, this is why i reported the bug.
I was experiencing this exact same bug the day before yesterday (Thursday), so SS isn't going crazy. I was level 2, I tried to take the Stygian delivery quest, and it said I was too high level. I got to level 3, tried it again, and it told me the same thing.
