QuoteOld Port has in its time known many trading partners. Manchakan and otherwise have time and again built entire markets simply for chance to gain a slice of the vast wealth circulating beneath the cunning business of the Count.

Nobility have been exiled to the Dominion reign of Nebdezzos. Merchants have fled, inexorably, for a chance to get a foot in the door of the frontier region. Mercenaries have broken their backs, bodies, and minds in pursuit of great contracts of wealth..

With Old Port in the throws of Civil Strife and conflict abound a maddened struggle to flee the city seems only reasonable, by any means necessary.

The city gripped in Strife :The Mist Raiders, The Black Harpers, The Loaylists to Blackhearth, and more bringing forth chaos and otherwise to the region.

It is only reasonable men and women of status would seek a refuge. It is only reasonable men and women of status would seek a place to wait out the storm while building their own prestige and wealth with the various resources of Ymph.

Resources. Slaves. Glory. Alliance with the esteemed Stygian Armada, well known and reknown amongst Old Port for its deeds in the Ixpadian struggle and years before.

Chance to broker deal with the Mysterious Conclave, and the power-hunger, peace-brokering Magi within it.

Chance to cultivate drug, business, and worse amongst the dockslands plagued with chaos and conflict.

It is how the Sharboneth fell from grace.  It is how the Duke rose to prominence. The Politics of Nebdezzos hold higher position in the Old Port than many would imagine, and many have indeed noticed

It is only reasonable that in such times of conflict and strife a contingency of Old Port's supporters would take chance to find the land of political opportunity.

QuoteSlavers of Ixpadia Sabuth, Information and Powerbrokers, the Drow House of Jultar has risen itself amongst the human community on what Drow do best: Politics.

Convenient defeat of enemies of their enemies to raise new alliances, slaves, poisons, Azure Wine and other highly magical addictives, Magical Equipment- The Drow have carved themselves a powerful niche within the Count's ruled lands.

In these times of crisis and strife the Drow inherently and instinctively seek out weakness and opportunity, driving forth a small cadre of Drow, Slave, and twisted races of all sort who found themselves within Old Port allied with the house.

The reasons and cause for the venture are numerous, and mostly kept away from the ears of the lesser. One thing is made public however, that ambitious servants and ruthless slaves of House Jultar will find themselves lavished and wealthy, fat and powerful, if they serve well in the establishment of the Ymphian Embassy of House Jultar.

There are two drow concepts lined up already, so any more would require stellar application and idea.

This will be a "Group" concept however, so any individuals of any race and any alignment with interest in experiencing some very dangerous, very rewarding, political dealings are more than welcome to seek me out to speak more about the concept.

As a Drow Faction however there is bound to be the usual suspects of plots and activities:

Betrayal
Intrigue
Mystery
Status
Assassination
Poison
Slaves
Murder
Theft
Politics
War
Conflict

You do Not have to be a Slave to join this concept. While Drow look heavily down upon non-races there is always room in a faction like this for people who are willing to get their hands dirty and be pawns so Drow don't have to. "Employees" or such who wish to venture with us from Old Port are more than welcomed. (Slaves are welcome though if that RP is something you want to pursue.)
