When i finalize this quest and enter dialog, placeable says: "youre OK" , but system: quest already closed by party, skipping reward.
No take XP and in journal quest is not finished.
This also happened to me along with some other quests.

Tower in the forest
Gnoll camp
I was playing Manus Gord and Shor Shys when this occured.
Oh and also on the larder of the hanged goblin the slime ball thing does not spawn so i cant do that quest either.
With another character seems to be good (in Chamber).
