I went to do some of the out of the way quests and had some troubles.
The Giant Sea Turtle quest would not let us enter after getting the quest, we grabbed a DM and let us in. The rest of the quest seems to work fine.
The baby penguin quest doesn't take the feathers and didn't give me exp or a journal entry when I finished it. I'm unsure if the other members of the questing party had the same problem but they did get very little exp from finishing the quest, 7 and 5 each. This quests seems iffy as well, can't put my finger on it.
That should be fixed now. Report if not.
