Samuel is dead and the concept is kind of over.

The other thing that is over is any efforts I have for stirring up the docks.

Quite honestly every attempt I make at making the Docks more of a slum/plotting in the Docks end in a gigantic failure to the point I loose interest or just die.

Therefore the doc has decided that he cannot take it to the max in the Docks.

DrD you can easily take it to the max in the Docks if you make a PC that doesn't plot against the Sons without building up a sizeable gang, respect and some turf.
