Title: Camouflage

Camouflage is giving -6 points then normal. And giving a sucky +2 ms <_<

Are you using Ultravision while you have it up?  It matters.

Not using ultravision. I am thinking it might be intentional but really hoping its not thus posting a bug report with a prayer.

Camouflage now grants +6 Hide/+2 Move Silently. I'm told this is intentional, and not a bug.

It's deliberate, although perhaps introduced a bit prematurely. Regardless the mechanics page will be updated shortly.

If you disagree with the change you're welcome to explain your reasoning elsewhere, but I think it's a good adjustment.
