Puzzler's tower hasn't been working - you can accept the quest, but the door is unlocked and there are no green rings. You can walk in, grab the loot, then drop the quest.
Bringing oranges to the "Decrepit Old Hag" yields no reward.
The mushrooms on the Sloped Road, when clicked, do nothing.
