I just bought my custom made fullplate, slapped it down on the Anvil to be upgraded. And he doesn't recognize it being on the anvil.
Its obviously broken. There was no reset in between and I have not dyed the armor myself.
It is happening to me as well. The anvil doesn't recognize anything in it. No dyes.
