Title: Bug: War Cry, Aura of Vitality

It does not grant allies the +2 Attack Bonus and damage described in the spell description or changes.

Nor does Aura of Vitality boost allies.

Might be remnants of the No Party System update to spells!

Should be fixed next reset.
