The stupidity of some people never fails to amaze me.
ROFL!
We are such cultists.
Dude was are officially a demon cultist cult lets suommon demons!
Keep in mind, the Salem Witch trials were just over 300 years ago. That's not a lot of time, from a cultural standpoint. The fear and hatred that stoked those fires is far from dead in Western culture. I feel sad for those that allow themselves to be a victim of their fears.
Dear god, that's... amazing.
We're all evil devil worshippers, because we pretend to be elves and goblins.
Srsly. What a pile of crap.
That is just disgusting.
It never ceases to amaze me how on the one hand mankind can be so far advanced yet at the same time in some areas be so terribly backwards.
I'm an elf.
Who worships Mort.
After trying to write this post about 5 times, trying to say something that fits just how much I am disgusted at this, I have decided to say one thing, because words cannot describe in full detail how much I hate them for this:
They disgust me.
The dangers of taking books too seriously. (//%22http://www.chick.com/reading/tracts/0046/0046_01.asp%22)
This is just lol. I don't think it's fair to call it disgusting, wrong, etc.., merely laughable stupidity at people who have grossly distorted the Christian faith and purposefully remained ignorant about what D&D actually is-- fiction!
If you want disgusting, look at something that is truly hideous and has actual consequences. Darfur, Westboro Baptist Church (sic), or Hussein's genocide of his own citizens.
I wonder if we can turn this into a discussion of charities being corrupted and perverted into a completely different organization.
I can perhaps understand the decision to not accept the donation from WotC (or whatever their parent company may be) as this might offend some of their more extreme individuals and churches that donate to them and hurt their ultimate mission in the long run. While pandering to small-mindedness allows it to persist, I am willing to overlook it if some hungry kids get something to eat.
